Customer challenge
In this case the customer was launching a new service management system globally in the organization. Many different user groups were affected in different ways and the client wanted to create an overall understanding and a positive attitude towards the change.

We supported the customer with a change and training approach. The assignment included the role of training manager and producing training material like videos, user scenarios and presentation material for managers and ambassadors.
