Introducing the digital workplace at the customer not only meant the need to learn new IT tools, but also to adapt to a whole new way of working. 

The customer needed a global strategy for implementing the change with engaging communication and training initiatives that really affected behaviour.

Dogfish solution

Together with the communication manager, Dogfish developed and implemented an adoption strategy for raising awareness, learn and follow up. Dogfish acted as training manager in the digital workplace program and planned and produced all training activities. In order to not just focus on technical how-to, but also introduce a new way of working, we for example developed a series of interactive scenarios where using the new tools are put in realistic everyday situations. In a storytelling setting, the user is faced with choices that represent the new way of working vs the old. The goal is to inspire and lead the way to best practice.

The whole training initiative was a blended learning approach with guides, e-learning, webinars, social forums, videos and mentors/ambassadors.
